Intermediates, 6:30-7:30pm Advanced Studio 3
A recreational and developmental program for fitness, self- defense, competition and performance, participants study the Northern Chinese Long Fist style used by action stars Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Curriculum includes a strong foundation in basic training through traditional and compulsory fist and weapons routines for international competition. Students in the Intermediate and Advanced Class engage in light contact free sparring.

This program emphasizes fitness, self-defense and personal development. The class provides well-rounded conditioning and a thorough curriculum of this powerful and vigorous martial art, with forms, weapons and sparring.

Mon. / Wed. 8:30-9:30pm Main Gym
We offer a full syllabus of the several Chinese Martial Arts, including Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Bajiquan and Xingyiquan. We teach fundamental training, barehanded and weapons routines as well as partner skills in each of these disciplines. Master Gracenin is a lineage holder of the traditional Fu Style Martial Arts from Grandmaster Bow-Sim Mark and has studied with many preeminent Grandmasters in China.

Thursday 6:30-7:30pm Youth, 7:30-8:30 Adults Main Gym
A class for advanced students only, offers Praying Mantis and other forms, advanced weapons training and lion dance. Youth training includes Ditang - the tumbling and break-fall style of kung fu. Adult class includes takedowns, throws and ground fighting.
